There you can return licences for a residual value. (details about the residual value can be found in the customer area)
Limited versions are excluded from return system.

Returning a licence will disale it and the dynamical calculated residual value of your licence will be placed to your account.

The credit at your customer account will be allocated with your next order.
You can see the used value of your account at the page "summary" in the online-shop.
